Turkish Government Scholarships for Cambodian Students 2012-2013: the Turkish Government awards a range of scholarships to foreign students, including Cambodian students, through Türkiye Burslari Scholarship Program. These scholarships provide students from all fields with the opportunity to pursue Associate, Undergraduate, Postgraduate (Master/PhD) studies, as well as Research and Turkish Language Summer Courses in Turkey at a public funded university or recognized university.

Türkiye Scholarships is intended to generate a new higher education system which is wellmatched with Turkey’s regional and global vision. It is aimed that with new implementation to improve an international student-oriented system based on the basic success criteria.

Scholarship Value: 

A monthly payment (pocket money/allowance), accommodation support (rent or otherwise), tuition fees, costs of Turkish language training courses, general health insurance and specified travel expenses are all included in Türkiye Scholarships.

Prime Minister Hun Sen Scholarships for associate degree and undergraduate degree program for the academic year 2012-2013.

The National Research Foundation of Korea will offer postdoctoral fellowships and scholarships to Cambodian students who wish to carry out their post-doctoral research for Natural Science and Engineering in Korea.

PhD scholarships for Cambodian students to study in Singapore for the academic year 2012-2013 The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU). PhD training will be carried out in English at your chosen lab at A*STAR Research Institutes, NUS or NTU. Students will be supervised by distinguished and world-renowned researchers in these labs. Upon successful completion, students will be conferred a PhD degree by either NUS or NTU.

Scholarship 

The award provides financial support for up to 4 years of PhD studies.

It includes: 

- Full support of tuition fees
- Stipends - S$2,000 per month (S$24,000 per annum), to be increased to S$2,500 per month (S$30,000 per annum) after passing Qualifying Examinations
- One-time S$1,000 settling-in allowance
- One-time airfare grant of S$1,500

The Kofi Annan Scholarship provides the opportunity for talented and motivated students from Cambodia and other developing countries, who do not belong to a privileged class and lack sufficient financial means, to study management at ESMT in Berlin, Germany, and graduate with a prestigious MBA from the most international business school in Germany. Upon return to their home countries, the Cambodian Fellows are expected to contribute to the strengthening of entrepreneurial capacity and the fostering of a stable market economy as an effective catalyst for their country’s development, job creation, and poverty alleviation.

• Have a strong academic background and a record of excellence in previous studies;
